18.10.1 generates the same error message on a Radeon Fury X.

The issue started in July with 18.7.1 http://www.agisoft.com/forum/index.php?topic=9378.msg43592#msg43592

The latest working version is 18.5.1

Hi everyone.

i'm asking for help because, when i enable the GPU with my Radeon r9 200 running, I get an error show up for the processes where the GPU is utilised.

i have the 18.8.1 version. the radeon settings allow me to downgrade the version to 18.5.1 or to upgrade it to 18.10.1.

what should i do?

thank you

General / Re: Problem of contours

...
Greetings, I'm just taking my first steps in PHOTOSCAN, for a project now last I have that inconvenience, in photoscan I generate the contours, but apparently I could not generate them in an interval less than 1m ...

So do the following, from photoscan, export the contours and also the DEM of the natural terrain (with the classification of points), and with the help of ARCGIS, import the DEM and generate the desired contours even with intervals less than 1m, inside of arcgis, in ARCTOOLBOX there are the options for the generation of contours at different intervals and there are also options to be able to soften those generated, it is possible that with ARCGIS you can solve your problem ...

I hope the information can be useful ...

Atte.

thank you i'll try it

General / Problem of contours

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the contours generated with photoscan. Is there a method to “simplify” those conotours, even in other programs? I’l explain myself.

The contours I generate with photoscan are “too precise”. The polylines created are too sharp and with too many lines. I know that. Is there a possibility to make these polylines more simple and curved? Or is there some program where the contours made with photoscan can be exported to and be modified?

Thank you for the attention

Maybe i did not explain myself. my goal is to import in photoscan a line or polyline ( as if it was a project of a road) and then export the profile made with that imported polyline or line

the problem remains, Alexey. i have a dxf file with a polyline and when i try to import it in photoscan it does not show neither in the model space or in the ortho space. what could be the problem?

Hello andreapassa,

Maybe there are wrong geotaggs included to the image EXIF?

If so, then clear the contents of the Reference pane (or uncheck all cameras there), then use Reset Transform option in the context menu, after right-clicking on the chunk's label in the Workspace pane.
It works!! Thank you very much Alexey and merry christmas

Hi everyone. some time ago my brother bought this camera and yesterday i tried to use it for taking photos for photoscan. the problem is that when i try to create a sparse cloud or a dense cloud  the program says that the points have been extrapolated, but i cannot see them on the screen. on the chunk it says like 13.000 points, but on the screen they are not appearing. furthermore, after creating the point clouds, right in the chunks appears the letter (R). what is that?

i know that this camera has a fisheye lens. but after i even tried to change the setting to fisheye in the camera calibration nothing has changed. someone can help me? thank you very much

General / Re: Problem with dem, ortophoto and counturs generation
« on: December 07, 2017, 01:52:02 PM »
The main problema is the One related to the counturs, the others are not so important. i build the dem and the orthomosaic, then i click "generate counturs" in the apposite tool. The problem is that, when i used It for the First times, the counturs had also the"Small rectangles" with the altitude of every curve, and now these rectangles shows no more

Ho everyone. Today while i was using photoscan pro a problem happened. When i generate dem and orthophotos the program didn't specificy the quote of every curve (the program won't tell me the altitude of each curve and It seems that i cannot select target curve). Another problem is that i cannot export dem and orthophotos as JPEG images anymore. Do you have the same problems? Probably It is Just my problem because i'm not so capable of using the program. Thank you for the advices and Sorry for my bad english
