I found it!

I simply saved the project, I closed the program and I have re-opened it again.

Problem solved!

I have unchecked the "Fix calibration", as you told me! Problem solved!

I thought I had unchecked it!

Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your reply.

I have made the radiometric calibration by using the calibration targets. The sensitivity has changed. The values are no longer DN (for example the Sensitivity has chenged from 70 to 0.005).

But my cloud points is white. I think that I have to "update" or something the values in the histogram so I can get a grey scale image again.

Do you have any idea?

Hello,

I have the following problem. PS does not allow me to make Optimize Camera Alignment.
Any thoughts?

These are the .dat files which had been created with the use of the drone.

Hello,

I want to radiometric calibrate a set of MS images acquired by a parrot sequoia camera. I have the calibration target and 2 .dat files. I have 2 questions.
Firstly, do I need to use them both for the radiometric calibration procedure?
If yes, how can I import the .dat files?
I am using PS version 1.4.0.

Thank you.

Normalize tha data.... Could you explain that a bit more? I mean the procedure, how I could do that in PS.

2 more (and last) questions. If I calibrate the camera, will the barrel effect be corrected?
And lastly, does the barrel affect connects with the "wrong" reflectance values?

 ;D  ;D ;D my mistake!!!

I have made the radiometric calibrationand exactly as written in pdf "calibration of ms images" and the result is a white image.
Any thoughts of what went wrong?

Did any1 found how to use sequoia calibration target on agisoft 1.4.0?

If so, please describe the workflow!

It seems that when I insert the calibration photos in PS the program can recognize them as calibration photos.
What I did is from Tools-Camera Calibration, I saved them as xml (for each band separately).
The next step was to insert the multispectral images (each band in separate chunk)
After that I went to Tools-Camera Ccalibration and I have insert the .xml file (for example, for the greek band I have insert the "green" .xml file)

Is that the correct workflow?

Hello,

I am using multispectral images and I want to make "camera calibration". I have a checkboard (I have attached it).

What is the general workflow of camera calibration?

I have created already an orthomap, but I have been told that I need to make "camera calibration" first.

Thank you!

The truth is that there aren't any obvious distortions for picking Fisheye camera.
Anyway, I have checked it with Frame also and it seems to working correclty.
I have another question.

I have the GCPs. How can I recognise them in my MS imgs? Because my RMSE is 7m!
And also the quality of my imgs. What is the minimum quality (in general) of MS imgs
that I have to keep in order my model to be "right"?
What I mean is that in RGB imgs the minimum quality is 0.7 (when I make "Check img quality).

Alexey Pasumansky thank you very much for your help!

The Camera Calibration dialog box show that I have 4 cameras for each band. I have posted an Attachment also, for you to check it.
Should I check the small box "Fix calibration"?
