Добрый день,

Контуры сохраняются отдельно в DXF, KML или SHP формат, т.к. это векторная информация. Наложить их на ортофотоплан можно при последующем анализе в ГИС приложениях.

Hello Lars,

Usually "can't transform coordinates"  means that the shapes have been created in the different projection that cannot be transformed to the orthomosaic projection. I can suggest to remove "Shapes" folder completely from the chunk's contents in the Workspace pane and then draw the polygon again in the Ortho view mode.

Hello Ingsayad,

You could use different marker placement approach: instead of using Create Marker option in the Photo view, you can use Place Marker -> New Marker button. In this case only single projection will be created (on the actual image), so no "blue flags" will be created.

Hello Ian,

Usually "image size mismatch" message indicates that during the alignment at least one of the bands hasn't been aligned with the others. It could happen if inside each multi-plane camera layout (RGB + NIR + Thermal) there are no matching points on certain plane. I suspect that the thermal sensor may be a reason in your case.
So it is not due to the different image dimensions, but due to the different effective resolution (GSD), for example, or poor image quality.

PhotoScan functionality cannot be accessed without PhotoScan application itself (no SDK or external DLL is provided).

Or you are interested in performing some mock testing rather than accessing the actual functionality?

You can find the list of the optimized parameters for the active chunk (as a string) using the following line:

PhotoScan.app.document.chunk.meta['optimize/fit_flags']
The list of last parameters used for the optimization is not stored anywhere at the moment, since PhotoScan suggest to optimize parameters that have non-zero adjusted values (or when initial focal length is different from adjusted).

Hello Erik,

Constrain features by mask option should be checked on, otherwise the masked areas would be also taken into consideration during the feature point detection.

If the alignment fails even when the mask option is turned on, please send the new PSZ project with the alignment results to support@agisoft.com.

Hello barruba,

Have you tried to open the model in other applications, are the textures displayed properly?

Looking on the screenshots I would rather say that the texture is not applied at all and only interpolated vertex colors are displayed.
