How to set maximum dimension for DEM/Orthomosaic?

How do we set the maximum dimension when exporting a DEM or Orthomosaic Tiff? These options are available in the GUI but not in the exportDEM or exportOrthomosaic python methods (as seen in the documentation here).

The screenshot attached highlights the option we're looking for.
