Facial Head Scan - 20 or 35 DSLR - Minimum of 24 MPixel in the Caribbean

Hi all,
based of my search and talk I have come to this

A 20 to 35 DSLR  on 5 autopoles

I am thinking about :
 
- Canon 1300D with kit lens 18-55 DCII (18 megapixel) 369€

- Canon 1300D with kit lens 18-55 EF-S IS  (18 megapixel) 409€

- NIKON D3400 + 18-55MM AF-P DX VR  (24 megapixel) 449€

- NIKON D3400 + 18-105MM AF-S DX VR   (24 megapixel) 627€

- CANON EOS 750D + 18-55MM IS STM   (24 megapixel) 659€

- CANON EOS 200D + 18-55MM F/4-5.6 EF-S IS STM   (24 megapixel)  689€

20 or 35 camera because of the price,

I would like to have your point of view on the set up and quality wise what do u think that I will be able to get , my goal is bo be able to use the scan for VFX Game and photorealistic rendering
