Auto-Select Dense Cloud Points by Coordinates ?

Hi team

I usually have the need to select objets in the same coordinates in different models;

A house in a model created in Oct, Nov, Dec.

The images are georeferenced and are all at the same number and height on each model

Can i build a script to automatically select the same "box" of coordiantes on different models using the dense cloud points.
