"Can't Open File" error when openning psz file

Hi All,

I'm trying to open a .psv file an get this error "Can't open file". The file is about 1.7Gb so it is pretty large. Any ideas on why it would do this and how to get it back working.

I think one thing that might cause this is opening a project in 0.8.5 that was originally started in 0.9.0
