Tiled Model & Textured Model

I have been successful in creating a scaled point cloud from aerial and terrestrial photos of a building which I have imported into our CAD program. However we would like to import the Tiled or Textured model.

Is this possible and if anyone has any advice Id be greatly appreciated

MicroStation supports obj format and las point cloud. I'm not sure if we support OSGB.
If it is AutoDesk AutoCAD, I use third-party commercial software, currently only Chinese.
