Keeping Key Points in Duplicate Chunk dialogue

Saving the  key points for the Incremental image alignment is greatly appreciated but once we are done we should either be able to get rid of them or have an additional option on the  Duplicate Chunk dialogue so that we do not have to carry them around.
That is assuming that the key points are to blame for the extra time that it takes to duplicate a chunk I have been working on.

There will be also indication about Key Points in the Chunk Info dialog.

Just another question : What is the difference between "points0.zip" and points1.zip" folders ?
(project.files/chunk-number/0/point_cloud)

I know that "point_cloud.zip" is the tie point folder and the two others refere to key points. I was thinking that "points0.zip" would be the main key point folder, and "points1.zip" comes from the preselection, but this last folder is still created even without preselection.
