Texture overflow
« on: January 24, 2018, 09:54:42 PM »
Hello. I photographed a dress on a mannequin and used Photoscan to generate an obj. It looked pretty good but the poly count was just too high to bring into Zbrush so I went back to Photoscan and deleted half the model and exported that as an obj. It comes into Zbrush fine but the color from the mannequin hands (which are deleted in my half version) ends up getting smeared onto the hips of the dress. Any idea what I'm doing wrong here? I tried deleting the hand points from the dense cloud and rebuilding the texture but that didn't work either. I'm obviously really new to this so I'm probably doing a lot wrong. But I have been following various tutorials to get this far. However, I haven't been able to find an answer to this question. Thank you!

Here are a couple images to help explain it.
