License error

Hi,

I have been using Agisoft Pro for over a year and have recently uncounted a license error.
Agisoft starts up requesting the activation code. saying 'No license found. Details: Wrong host for license (-4)'

When I key in the activation code it will then say:

Rehostable id already exists on this computer. This could happen if you had not finished offline activation started earlier, or removed application without license deactivation. You can remove rehostable id by pressing the button below.

I then do this and it takes me to demo mode.

I have tried reinstalling but still no luck. Please advise what could be the issue.

Hello Henry,

Were there any changes recently in your system: hardware replacement, OS upgrade, disk formatting or re-imaging and etc.

P.S. please do not post the license key information in public accessible locations, I have removed the second screenshot from your post.

Dear support,
I have the same error and I am alredy tired to write with  support.
I have a stress at work because of this .
My old key doesnt work also.
why actually that happened, I just wanted to install new release and got this error.
Give me please the telefon number of your support, because I cant wait so long time when somebody answer me.

Hi, I have the same problem, i upgraded the sofware and the license key isnt working. Please your help

The message says that the license code is in use, buat when we use the 1.1.3 version it works.

Please contact support@agisoft.com regarding the issue and provide via e-mail the information regarding the date of purchase, online order number or name of reseller and the first section of the license key.
