Multispectral Imagery Upload

I'm uploading multispectral imagery from a MicaSense RedEdge into AgiSoft but I am not given the option to load as multispectral bands. There are five bands per capture as expected. I recently updated the firmware and imagery prior to the firmware update loads as expected but imagery capture after the update does not.  When I attempt to process the imagery as individual cameras, the orthomosaic created indicates two bands and appears solid blue when loaded into ArcMap. Any help with troubleshooting is appreciated!

Hello NMD,

Please try to use latest 1.4.3 release version of PhotoScan Pro. The issues could be caused by the new MicaSense firmware, but in the latest PhotoScan update those compatibility problems should be fixed.
