Terrible support at agisoft
« on: August 19, 2018, 07:14:14 AM »
Hi

I submitted a support ticket on the 6th of August. I received a reply the next day asking for more information which I supplied and sent on the 7th of August. Since then I have not had a response or a reply from support. I have tried responding and updating the ticket but nothing.

Is this typical of agisoft support because this is extremely frustrating

Hello Markcraig1987b,

We are still investigating the issue.

Individually both sub-sets do align well, so the problem could be related to the image matching of the images from different datasets. We are currently checking, if converting floating point TIFF into 8-bit RGBs does make any difference. Since if it works fine, then the problem could be related to the mixture of the data formats.
