We have acquired thermal images using Flir vue pro 640 9mm in Rjpeg greyscale format. We have been trying to generate an ortho without compromising the temperature values. However we are finding it difficult to do so. If somebody can help us with the right workflow for the same then it will be great. Thank you in advance.
