Title: Misalignment

What do You do when face misalignment issues like this:

Sometimes it is not that obvious but cause problems later- some wormholes in the model etc.

I tried to calibrate the camera but that seems to have no influence.

Hello bestable,

You can select the tie points in the Model view related to the obviously incorrect areas, then filter the cameras by tie points and reset the alignment for all the related cameras. After all incorrect tie points have been filtered out using this approach, you can try to re-align the cameras with NA (Not Aligned) mark.
