Title: Error deactivating Metashape

I can't deactivate Metashape Pro on my Windows 10 Dell. I go Help . . .Activate Product... and then in the message window that says "Metashape Professional is already activated" I click Deactivate..., confirm "Deactivate Metashape Professional?" with a Yes, allow the app to make changes to my device, and then get a message saying "Unexpected error occurred." (screenshot attached). I would like to transfer the license to my M1 MacBook Pro to see how it does. I have tried multiple times, including from a fresh reboot. Any ideas?

Please contact support@agisoft.com and send the .lic files that you have in Metashape Pro installation directory to that email address.
