Title: Merging chunks

What is the best stage to merge chunks? Is it advisable to merge chunks after generation of orthomosaic? or
merging chunks after dense cloud generation and then Orthomosaic generation? What is the optimum solution?

Can you please elaborate a bit the scenario that you are following: type of project, number of images, purpose of splitting into chunks?

Hello Alexy,

We are using phaseone ixm rs-150F camera for data capturing of large scale area mapping projects. Processing multiple chunks in single project, while each chunk is having 400 images. We need to ensure edge matching between individual chunks and it's always better to have a single tile by merging individual chunks. Please let me know at what stage merging of chunks is advisable?
