Title: Metashape Pop-up Issues on Dell XPS 15

I am having an issue with Metashape on my new Dell XPS 15 laptop. Any pop-up menu I open as soon as I hover my mouse over it the menu disappears almost entirely. The keyboard still seems to be functional (ESC, Enter) but I can't click anything (blindly). The menus work when I have an external monitor plugged in and view on that screen, but not on the laptop screen.

I tried the ANGLE trick but that didn't help. Drivers are all up to date, same issue on Windows 11 or 10.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello WLW,

Can you please try to open Preferences dialog via Tools Menu (ALT+T), define path to the external log file to be saved via "Write log to file" option and then re-start Metashape in regular mode and in ANGLE mode, then provide the saved log to me.

Hi Alexey,

See attached log. I am able to tab through the different menus using the keyboard but I cannot use the mouse to click anything. See attached screenshot.

Hello WLW,

I could suggest to force set NVIDIA GPU as an OpenGL rendering device for metashape.exe (via NVIDIA Control panel), as currently it seems that integrated Intel graphics is used and be a reason of the observed issue.

Or you can try to download and install latest Intel graphics driver compatible to your system.

Thanks for the advice but it did not solve anything. It works fine on external monitor displays but for some reason on my laptop screen there are issues. Not sure if it is hardware specific or not, but do you have any other recommendations?

Hello WLW,

If you force-use NVIDIA GPU for metashape.exe (NVIDIA will be shown in Metashape start log) and have latest NVIDIA driver installed - what is the Console pane output for regular and ANGLE compatibility mode?
