Title: .obj file looks completely different in other software

hi,  when i import .obj files into other 3d software it looks much worse than in photoscan, ( see attachments  in this case its vue 2014. i have the same result in meshlab. i understand my photo capture isnt great, is this normal or am i doing something wrong?
any help appreciated

Vue, renders the mesh and use SHADOWS - nonflat surface of the model - shadows.. in AGI there are no SHADOWS  generated.. try switch in AGI to the SOLID  display mode , its the BLUE icon next to  the SHADED mode.. the colorfull pyramide.....

ok i see thanks,  so the only way to get it looking more realistic like the photoscan view is to have better capture with less movement, and clean the mesh up in other software afterwards correct ?

I think you can also turn the light off in meshlab
