Title: UV page bleeding not working

Hiya

There is a thread in feature request, but actually its more of a bug.

The Single texture build and export bleeds nicely, but the paged UV version of texture creation and export doesnt seem to do the bleed.

Can some one double check this

Hello pjenness,

Maybe you can post a screenshot demonstrating the problem? We've checked it on several test datasets and haven't noticed any issues.
