3D PDF playback on mobile is not something that's under the control of Agisoft.  A "3D PDF" is merely a U3D file embedded in a PDF wrapper. This functionality was added to in Acrobat 7 for desktop computers. They split the development of 3D applications off prior to mobile devices being used for viewing PDFs so don't expect anything from Adobe.

For iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/3d-pdf-reader/id569307672?mt=8 (https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/3d-pdf-reader/id569307672?mt=8) (apparently works in conjunction with Adobe Acrobat as well)

I also use Meshlab for showing models, as it can be associated with ZIP downloads making it easy to access zipped OBJs with their textures and works offline. Online services like Sketchfab are also quite handy if you don't have the resources of coding your own with Three.js
