REGULAR TEST SCENE monument.zip.
The old version of the program, the grid generated normally.
The maximum load on the memory up to 8GB.
New version 0.9.0, the same scene.
The same settings.

Could you please check you are using the latest 0.9.0 build (1546). We've just checked this data set and had memory consumption peak about 10 GB.
If possible please also provide log files form version 0.8.5 processing and 0.9.0.

Seems like the problem in this case connected with the applied masks.
When you recalculate the project (skipping masks) the bounding box grows large, but when geometry is calculated after realigned dataset PhotoScan uses masks. So the resolution of the mesh is high (since it is based on the monument resolution) and it is applied to the bounding box covering the whole square - so you get "Not enough memory" message.
But is you remove all masks from photos mesh resolution will be adequately calculated based on the complete scene and memory consumption will be about 10GB (as I've already mentioned).
Or Bounding box should be resized up to the monument size.

I have to make a mask for all the pictures?
It's a very labor-intensive.
Faster will do a model by hand :)
However, older versions of the program, calculate the scene.
And everything works without masks...

not mask, use BOUNDING BOX, is there just resize with BLUE ICONS

Hello kris3d,
There are already masks in the mentioned project, but it is required to decrease the bounding box up to the object size (if masks are applied). Otherwise you can remove all masks and reconstruct the scene (since it seems that you are using .psz file from archive that already contain masks).
