Screenshot #1:
On opening a project in v1.3 (just installed minutes ago after upgrading from 1.2) only a small portion of the model view is displayed/updated. I can rotate the view, but only that small portion in the middle is updated.
Screenshot #2:
Immediately after taking a screenshot, moving the mouse causes the view to be refreshed and all is visible again.
Screenshot #3:
If i don't take a screenshot straight away, and rotate the 3d view, only the central 'viewport' is updated
Screenshot #4:
Immediately after taking a screenshot, moving the mouse causes the view to be refreshed and all is visible again.

Screenshot #5:
I also have a script which allows me to select a subset of photos and update their XY coordinates by a given amount, and running the script from the custom menu causes the same behaviour, until a screenshot is taken, or the window is resized.
System:
Win 7 64bit
32GB RAM
i7 6700k
GeForce 580GTX 1.5GB
-
It's OK on my other desktop though:
Win 10 Home
i7 4930k
64GB RAM
2x AMD R9 290X 4GB

Hello James,
Thank you for reporting, we'll try to reproduce it.
Just to be sure, do you have latest drivers for GTX 580 installed?
-
They were just a little out of date, but updating to the latest hasn't helped.
Thanks for looking into it, let me know if there is anything else i can do to help narrow it down.
I'm already kind of used to it and working around it without too much of a problem!
-
It just fixed itself anyway, not sure how!
-
Sorry, no it didn't, i had downgraded to 1.2.6 and forgotten!
-
I have this problem on two different machines.
Each is a Xeon workstation. One is a Quadro 4000, the other a Quadro M5000.
The viewport constantly freezes up.
I am running most current Agisoft and have tried many different versions of video card drivers and settings, nothing helps.

Hello Jeremiah_ROWE,
Is hardware stereo mode turned on in your case?
-
No it was not. Updating drivers fixed the issue.
