Title: Hotkey form custom tool

Hello !

For some times we are developing several homemade tools in order to make our job easier.
Moreover, must of them are now shared on all colleagues computer and automatically read at PhotoScan start.

Nevetheless, it looks there is impossible to affect (and keep) a hotkey for custom tools. Indeed, the hotkey isn't save after software restart.

Somebody may help ?

Hello Yoann,

If you are speaking about the custom menu items created by the scripts, then you can assign the hot-keys for them in the script body, using "shortcut" argument in the addMenuItem() function, although, they couldn't be re-assigned by the user.

I'm waiting for your answer about my point-export homemade tool (private inbox), mostly about "ruler tool" access and custom *.xyz export.
