Title: Import model in other formats

Why is it only possible to import in ply and obj, when you can export in many other formats? Would it not make sense to be able to export and import in the same formats?

It is basically to have the same formats you can export in, so import and export will be hand in hand. Makes sense right.

Hello olihar,

In the latest 1.0.0 update w have added additional Import Mesh formats: 3ds, COLLADA, DXF, FBX and U3D.

What features of FBX are supported?

Hello Martin,

On import only polygonal mesh is supported with vertices colors and UV maps (if any).
