I don't understand the script. I want to split chunks due to RAM shortage but it just duplicates all the cameras and tie points...
I don't want to duplicate...
Any help?

I got that problem solved. Firstly the shader in Unity has to be set to "Unlit texture" to avoid artificial shading.
Secondly, the resolution of the texture files accompanied was still too low as the texture in Unity is not applied as detailed as it looks in Photoscan on the textured model. There is a bit of a distortion and reduction apparently.

By reducing the texture pixel size while generating the texture to around 5000px, depending on the PC hardware, lots of files can be produced. In my case I generated about 50-90 texture files which are all applied on the model in Unity automatically using fbx format.

you stated above that "- build DEM based on dense cloud and Orthomosaic based on DEM instead of mesh option,"

Why do you suggest doing like that? What is the difference to use the textured model for a DEM,
and the difference of using the mesh for the orthomosaic than the DEM?

Hey folks,

I have been trying to get an Agisoft mesh including texture to Unity which works fine. The problem i am facing is the texture which does not come out the like in the accompanying image file. It looks really dull and not nice.
I have been trying different formats, different settings and all kind of things, even in Unity. What is the problem?
Help would be appreciated.

Hey Agisoft folks,

is there a possibility to export the automatically classified ground pointcloud in the dense point classes view since it is apparently not possible to assign a class without selecting points manually.

Hey folks,

is there a way to calculate merely the surface m² without incorporating the mesh elements with Z direction?
Maybe via the ground classification tool?

I figured I am not able to Assign a class of the points which I used the automatic classification process on, because it is not selected.. I don't want to manually select it. What can I do here? Thanks for help in advance.

Hey,

thanks, now it worked by doing it in the workspace pane as you said.
As listed, to do it in the photos pane, it weirdly didn't work.
It would be interesting to know why the process goes so quick and what's behind it.
Seems that those unaligned cameras were kind of pre-aligned...

General / Realignment of selected (unaligned) cameras

Hey guys,

As camera positions were wrong I reset the camera alignment in the photos pane.
How can I realign selected unaligned photos to the existing alignment without running the whole alignment process for all photos, as most of the photos are already properly aligned.
The "Align selected cameras" doesn't do the job.
