Bug Reports / Selection tool occasionally fails

While manually cleaning a dense cloud using the Free-Form Selection tool,  after drawing a polygon around the points and release the mouse button, sometimes the tool will fail to mark those points. Only after translation or zooming of the view the tool will work again and mark the points. Sometimes just a part of the surrounded points will be marked.

The Dense Cloud accurancy should be high.

Hey community,

I've classified my dense cloud in Ground, Low points and Unclassified.
Is it possible to hide the Low points and Unclassified? Or is it possible to delete these points with one click?

General / How many points after Gradual Selection?

I want to use the Gradual Selection tool to erase bad positioned points.
My sparse cloud consists of 42409 points. I used Image count with level 3. 31411 point were selected.
So 10968 points, or 26 % of the origin sparse cloud were left after this step.

Are these to few points to get an accurate model?

Hello,

I want to speed up calculations in Photoscan.

At the moment I use a Lenovo Thinkpad W530, i7-3720QM 2.60 GHz, 16 GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M.

Which recent configurations do you recommend for
- a tower pc?
- a laptop?

From which part depends the calculation speed most?
