General / merge dense cloud .las

Hi,
I conducted several flights with the DJI Zenmuse L1 sensor and obtained 100 point cloud files in .las format.
How do I merge them in version 2.0 of Agisoft Metashape?

General / Contour over water

I have been trying to classify one river on my dense cloud as "water" although all the time the result is terrible - Lots of interpolated countour over water.
How to solve this problem?
