The latest driver version 20.2.1 is also broken. Stick to 19.11.1

The latest Radeon Pro SSG drivers work with my Radeon VII, and do not crash.  Version 20.Q1.

20.1.3 is out today

Tried the new drivers, the system does not lock up anymore but the software stalls and won't continue during the dense cloud creation.  Back to 19.11.1

Try to roll back to the 19.11.1 drivers if you are running the latest Adrenalin 2020 packages (19.12.1/19.12.2/20.1.1).

That appears to have fixed the issue, thank you so much!

Glad to know that this worked. As I reported earlier in this thread, the AMD Adrenalin 2020 drivers have buggy/broken OpenCL/Compute support (at least on Radeon VII GPUs).

Driver update, drivers 20.1.2 cause a system lockup during the dense cloud creation requiring a hard restart with the Radeon VII.  Would not recommend them,

Does Agisoft have a recommended driver for use with AMD cards?  I know these drivers are approved my Microsoft but testing by third party software makers would be helpful considering the cost of the software and GPU.  I bought the Radeon VII specifically for use with photogrammetry.

I have a Radeon VII and a Nvidia Titan XP in a Ryzen 9 3950X system.  If I enable the use of the Radeon VII in the settings (1.6.0) I get a system crash within 5 minutes requiring me to hard reset.  No logs reveal any issues, Power to the Radeon VII is two 8 pin cables on separate busses on the PSU.  Running burn in tests do not reveal any power issues with both GPU's and the CPU at full load.  This is the only app I use that will crash within minutes of using the Radeon VII.  I assume it's a driver issue, but I cannot be sure, any help is appreciated.
