When I export an orthomosaic to NAD 1983 (2011) State Plane Alabama East ftUS from Metashape 1.8 or 2.0, the results are "incorrectly" exported in Universal Transverse Mercator.     
Alabama uses the Transverse Mercator projection.

When I export an orthomosaic to NAD 1983 (2011) State Plane Tennessee ftUS from Metashape 1.8 or 2.0, the results are "correctly" exported in NAD 1983 (2011) State Plane Tennessee ftUS. 
Tennessee uses the Lambert Conformal Conic projection.

Many State Plane systems use the Transverse Mercator Projection.  When Metashape exports a Transverse Mercator Projection to NAD 1983 (2011) it does not convert correctly.

Some of us in a work environment will have Quadro GPUs.  If you haven't done so, open the NVIDIA Control Panel, select Manage 3D Settings, select "3D App - Game Development". Once applied, Quadro cards work as well as GeForce. Just more expensive.
