I can't speak on Server 2016 specifically, but I'm running Metashape 1.7 on Win Server 2012 R2 from remote using MS RDP.  The operator experience is a bit degraded due to the lag on screen redraws (most frustrating is manipulating the model).  Other than that, no gripes.

I'm running 2x K80's in a Dell R720 server chassis and have no gripes. 

The biggest problem you'll have with the Teslas is cooling, as it does not have a fan (they're made for servers).

The other thing is that each physical K80 shows up as 2 distinct GPUs.

I too am experiencing this.  Have looked everywhere in the Mac and Windows version with no luck.  I do seem to recall seeing a popup with a section asking for the coordinate system, but can not seem to trigger this again.  I was hoping that this window would appear on a new project, but it look like it may be a one-off setting.

Bump for a solution.
