  The combination of no other 3D apps running (which I had not tried before), and unplug/replug USB solved the problem.

Hi.
  I just got the spacemouse 3D wireless.  It works with Sketchup and the 3DConnextion Trainer on my macs, but not with Metashape.

Actuating the SpaceMouse in a model view has no effect on the model view (normal mouse dragging does move the view as expected.)

In Metashape I have enabled HID compliant controller and selected Spacemouse Wireless in the Controller dropdown.
In System Preferences, Privacy tab of Security panel, I have given Metashape "input Monitoring" permission... although I don't believe it should need it for an HID compliant device.

Is there anything else I need to do to use the spacemouse with metashape?

Same behavior on M2 laptop running Ventura.

General / Re: Can't Georeference In QGIS Two Orthomosaics

As of QGIS 3.30.0 Orthomosaics from Metashape still show "SOURCECRS" as the CRS when imported into QGIS.

However, the image I use does georeference correctly.  It happens to be in WGS84 EPSG4326, lat/lon.

Have you tried manually setting the layer CRS in QGIS after you import it?

General / Re: Cannot export orthomosaic from DJI P4

Not sure if this applies to your situation -- I also could not export an orthomosaic, but could export the DEM --- or rather, it output a file but reported an error.  The file was 4.29 GB and could not be opened in QGIS.

In the Export Orthomosaic - TIFF panel, turn on "Split in blocks" and set to something under 20k x 20k pixels.

That created a set of tiles which QGIS loaded correctly.
