Hello!
I feel a lack of a convenient method for aligning the floor.
Maybe selecting points as the 'ground plane' and then aligning the whole world accordingly to these points would be a nice option for a workflow boost

Yes, Gaussian Splatting uses SfM results (cameras calibration + 3D tie points), so to transfer that information from Metashape project to Colmap format (that is supported as input by Gaussian Splatting) - this script exists. But this scripts uses Metashape Python API that is available only in Metashape Professional.

Do you know maybe - is possible way to convert somehow camera + pointcloud/tie data into colmap format without Pro version?

Hi! You can use script to export camera images and camera alignment and after that use them in gaussian splatting.

Hello!
Thanks for response.
To be honest it's kinda tedious to deactivate, look for mail, copy, paste.
I know I sound lazy (I think I'm a bit), but I think that part could be somehow automatic.
For example in Fusion360 - when you open app on another device (while app is open on 1st device), software is seeing that, and is blocking usability until you close app on 1st device.

Hello.
I would really love if I could use Metashape (standard) on my PC, and laptop on single a licence.
(not in the same time, but while travel etc)
Is that possible to make disabling / enabling licensing a bit easier?
