General / Camera positions clear, Images won't align

Hello!
I'm having trouble getting all photos from a set flight path to align and stitch together, especially at narrower points and over moving water.
Basic info on current collection techniques
1. Beaches are surveyed with ~70% overlap side and front
2. Amount of beach covered by moving water depends on tide height
3. Individual photos do cover the whole beach
Photos are processed in agisoft using this procedure:
a. Import 60-300 photos depending on beach
b. Align photos (tie key point limit 700000; generic pre-selection and quality high)
c. Build dense cloud (quality high)
d. DEM
e. Orthomosaic
f. Export ortho as TIFF
I've attached a screencap of the camera positions + aligned photos, and the processing report.
Any advice relating to stitching those unaligned photos at camera locations (DJI0097, 0092...) would be appreciated!
