Camera Calibration / Re: mini4pro lens calibration problem

I ran into issues (see https://www.agisoft.com/forum/index.php?topic=17090.0) but I don't think they are speciifc to the mini4pro.

I made a few sites and the results were very good, once I followed the "best practise" of cleaning up the sparce cloud and optimizing the alignment.

Here is an example:

Camera Calibration / 2 Sets do not align with each others

Hello,

I captured a site in 2 passes.
Usually I have no issue with single passes.
On this site, I captures a set as overview and want more details on some zones so I make a second pass with "close ups".
If I recall, the first pass was like 50m high while the second was around 5m.

Looking at the sparse cloud, I can see that each of the 2 sets were nicely aligned, however, both sets did not align with each others.

I suppose this is due to the lack of feature matching due to the difference of scale.

What are my options to fix this ?

I also ran another similar site where I quickly captured some overview shots then went down for some more detials and I am running into the same issue.

I attched 2 pictures:
- overview of the capture showing the 2 sets
- miss-alignment at ground level

The error seems to be around 2-3 meters.
