But still the reconstruction time for the computer would be the same, the difference is the stored processing time under chunk?

yep, the parameter "Keep depth maps" was not checked....

Thanks

How accurate is the processing time parameter that is on the chunk and then choose "SHOW INFO".

My last project i got only 1 hour 47 minutes on build dense cloud, but i?m almoust sure that the computer was processing for 4 hours.

Maybe i?m wrong....

Trees usually looks best when making mesh based on sparse cloud, get as flats surface as possible and then export orthophoto

Ahh...of course, that never crossed my mind. Simple and perfect way to get the coordinates.

Thanks

Is there an easy way to export dem from just sections of the model?

Client wants different point spacing on different parts of the model (100 ha).

I guess by reading the manual that i need to indicate coordinates to get export region to work?
It woul be great if i could read thoose values by adjusting the bounding box.

I decided to manually mask out the water on the images rather than manually deleting points from dense point cloud before doing the mesh as i did in the images above

I think masking out the water is the better options

The problem for me is that agis dosent make the mesh based on the lower points that are visiblen and instead goes "high" and the i get the slope that are not supposed to be there.

I gues there that it makes the mesh to areas with high enogh point count or someting

Any idea how i can get the mesh build not in the way shown in pictures?. I would like my mesh to go in an straight line and not upwards as that does not look that way in real life

I have a new mission coming up where the client wants to map the parts of the ocean. The area is quite  shallow and maybe if i use polarising filter i might work and agisoft can see ocean bottom in the images and make aligment based on that.

Has anyone tried this?, would it be possible

I know from tha past that water is big problem due to lack of textures

I have made textures with this settings with version before 1.0.....

I want to use this model in blender with nice texture, decimate to 5 to 10 mil poly?

Interpolation was used, but i used generic mapping....i got the tip that generic would give better textures on the sides of the buildings?

Dense cloud high setting, and mesh on high, height field rsulting in 47 mil poly

Build texture i have tried both 16384x1 and 8192 x1 , same result....
