General / Realization of DEM

hi, I created the process of bilding geometry following the guide on the site Agisoft (http://www.agisoft.ru/tutorials/photoscan/05/). I want to create a dem I created the ortho but the option "DEM" is not active. I want to specify that I have correctly followed the guide except the step to enter a TXT file of the coordinates of the camera for every photo How can I generate the dem? thanks
