Face and Body Scanning / DSLR vs Raspberry Pi with Projection for 3D Printed Figurine?

I understand that there are 2 photogrammetry methods know for printed 3d figurines.
1) DSLR
2) Raspberry Pi. 

how would you compare cost Vs quality in these systems for 3d printed figurine.
