General / Quick questions ... Scales tools on photoscan

Good days i would like to ask why i can't get a scale tools to work and it unable to check .... perhaps something wrong with my picture or setup  ? i using Inspire 1 ... but when i export to QGIF i can calculated the distant or volume just can't do it on the agisoft ... here is some error i found ... is that because the cause of the error ?

i am newbie on this software...
but i am interested to know is that possible that i could use it for do Measurement ( something like volume , Depth , Height . Meters ? on the model...
