General / Stitching hyperspectral geotiff in Photoscan

Hi All,

Does anyone have experience with stitching hyperspectral tif images in Photoscan? I have a set of 'swaths' from a hyperspectral camera that I have converted to tif (272 bands) that need to be mosaicked. Photoscan is only reading the first band at the moment, which doesn't have any data. I realize this is a very niche use-case, but any assistance would be most appreciated!

Hello,

I've been using Photoscan Pro to process multispectral imagery from a proprietary camera (there are unique images for each band), and we've encountered a minor issue in terms of proper band matching in smaller regions. In the example photo included, the red and blue bands are overwhelming in certain areas, which seems to be an issue derived from the mosaicking process (all source images look proper). Do you have any suggestions for how to account for these issues within Photoscan?
