General / problem of big error (m)

Hello,
i have many fotos and a length for a object, but don't have coordinates. So I use the local coordinates for align fotos, error (pix) is ok (max. 4.5), but error (m) is 2-4m.
Can anyone give some advice?

General / Volume Calculate

Hallo,
i use metashape build a model, with scale bar, and i can know the volume in this project (Tools-Mesh-measure area and volume).
Now i export the .obj model, and import it to a new metashape project, want to know that volume, but "measure area and volume" option is deactive.
What should i do?

Feature Requests / Option for focus area

Hello,
now i need to manual mask the photos for the texure, because i just need the focus area. But i use to many time on it.
Can Metashape a option develope, that can automitic focus area recognize and mask? Photoshop is already have this option named "focus area".

I find the "Generate Masks" in "Tool - Mesh", but that find just photo background.

General / merge intensity pointcloud chunk with RGB pointcloud chunk

Hallo,
i have a chunk, there is a RGB dense point cloud, i use metashape made it. Other chunk, there is a intensity point cloud, this point cloud is obj format, i import it to metashape.
I try to merge those two chunks, but that doesn't work. Is that possible in metashape?

General / Import Laser Scans

Hallo,
I try to import my .e57 file to Metashape, but it show me 'Empty file list'. I can open this file in CloudCompare.

Can you please tell me what is the problem?

General / control point coordinate problem

Hello,
first i just align photos, that is okay. Then i import  control point coordinates like this 001,4538094.2368,5631397.3956,280.8294200, align photos is always unsuccessful.
And i edit this coordinates like this 001,94.2368,397.3956,280.8294200, align photos is successful again.

Can Agisoft solve this problem?

Feature Requests / pointcloud intensity import and export

Hello,
i import the laserscan pointcloud with intensity to Metashape, but Metashape doesn't show it, i just see the black points, and i export this pointcloud, that doesn't have intensity anymore.

Can Anybody solve this problem?

i know if E57 data include point normal, that matashape can use it. But i want to ask, what means this point normal? Is that the  normal for the points of point cloud, or is the normal from standpoint to the point of point cloud?

General / intensity point cloud

Hallo,
i import a point cloud with .las format to Metashape, than i can see the point cloud intensity color (black, gray, white). And i try to import same point cloud with .e57, but Metashape just show me one clolorand didn't show the intensity.
My question is, which point cloud formats can i with intensity import to Metashape.

Bug Reports / import .obj points

Hello,
i try to import the point cloud with .obj formate, but metashape show me "Unexpected end of file". If i use import model, there are 1974927 vertices and 0 faces, but still dont show me the point cloud.
What should I do now?
