General / Resetting geolocation of model

Hello,
We are using Photoscan to create orthographic mapping of archaeological sites, and are running into the following problem. The initial model is geolocated using the Exif GPS data of the drone photographs. However, it is necessary to measure ground control points using RTK, which we would like to use to improve the accuracy of the geolocation of the model (without again going through the model creation stages).
Is it possible to "reset" the geolocation of the model, after the completion of the dense cloud and mesh? It seems that inputting ground control points at these stages does not work if the Exif GPS data of the photos was used in the photo alignment stage.
Thanks!
