Bug Reports / Changed path to images - image has shifted, mattes have not

Hello everyone!
I just got in a bunch of Photoscan files in from a vendor and needed to change the paths to the images as I was getting an error message. I changed the paths (right click image - change path) - but now all the jpegs have shifted a bit (some up, some down, some side to side) and the masks have not moved. Any suggestions as to what I did and how I can fix it?
