General / Erosion Radius-completly ignores....

Hi,
Any ideas, eveytimeI classify ground points no matter the number I put in ersion radius it completely ignores it, it creates the classification just no radius what so ever, tried 0.3m to 5m and nothing....
Going to redo the job, its about 5000 20mp images, no issues just this one.

General / Updating Drone Data in a small area over larger Drone suvey

HI There,
Hope you can help.
I Drone surveyed a large golf course recently, there have been small works over a few (2) Greens and they want this updated to reflect that. What's the best way to go about this? I don't want to re fly the whole site again.

General / Once model created its been rotated 90 degrees

Hi There,
Working on a large imported point cloud from LiDAR, i have been able to classify it but my issue is when created a model of the ground, its now rotated 90 degrees?? Id say a bug but need a fix, file is massive also 108 million faces.

General / GRID TO GROUND or process workflow PHANTOM4 RTK AND GPS RTK CONTROL

Hi There,

I am using a Phantom4 RTK unit and have both GPS RTK control and Images from the drone on GRID and id like to know the work flow to process this job on Ground or move it. The scale factor is about 305mm per kilometer so over my job about 1.5km the error from grid to ground will be about 0.5m.

I am working on MGA 2020 Zone 55 in New South Wales Australia.

the CSF CONVVERGENCE AUSGOID2020 SCALE FACTOR IS 0.999695 AT  Permanent Mark 1605 MGA2020 644062.882 5966592.975 zone 55 RL 1003.52

General / Phantom 4 RTK Errors

HI There,
Im trying to work out why my RTK errors are considerable and the flag sits quite far from the cross. The job is in rural New South Wales. I did another job close to Sydney and was perfect. Id just like to know why these rural jobs seem to have a bigger error. Appreciate anyone can shed some light.

General / CGP's and altitude

HI There,
I am using many GCP's for a large area, but my results are not coming back at a good accuracy.
When I have added the flag to the GCP's like 4-6 I then optimize camera alignment. Should i be able to then check the marker height to the imported CSV height, they are about 150mm different? SDhould the height get adopted to the csv always?

General / RAIL LINESURVEY-Single line of Images (20km) with GCP's

Is it bad practice to Survey  a rail line with a single centreline using ground control points using only overlap front and back OR should I at lease run 2 lines along the rail line?
