General / About a few issues on mesh

Hi,
I scanned a bust with a turntable and the result is pretty good.
I have some remaining issues I would like to understand.
I've got 271 photos and each photo gets its own mask.
I applied masks to Tie points.
1/ The chest is like a plane without any detail.
I checked with the green arrow this region that is rendered as you can see on the attached file, that's to say a little bit weird.
2/ There is absolutely nothing behind the head and I don't understand these small chunks of mesh (red arrows).
