General / Vertical Datum is unavailable - DHHN2016
« on: March 11, 2022, 08:42:15 PM »
Hello,
I am trying to convert cameras to ETRS89 / UTM zone 32N with "Deutsches Hoehenhauptnet 2016" as vertical datum. Therefore I got the GCG2016 file from BKG for whole Germany and imported is as geoid according to https://agisoft.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000148332-how-to-use-height-above-geoid-for-the-coordinate-system.
Importing was not the problem. I can convert my cameras as to the custom coordinat system as well. But when i import my GCP-Markers (same coordinate system) the "Error: Vertical datum out of range" appears. I read several threads in this forum about similar problems but was not successfull in solving this problem.

It my be connected to an error that appears on startup of Metashape (see screenshot) but as i understood that the important files are saved to  \Users\Brehm\AppData\Local\Agisoft\Metashape Pro\geoids this should not really be the problem...

Can anybody help? It's pretty frustrating as i spent the whole day on trying...

Bug Reports / vertical datum is unavailable
« on: December 14, 2021, 06:59:28 PM »
Dear Support,
i tried to convert the coordinate system of my cameras from WGS84 (EPSG:4326) to ETRS89/UTM zone 32N + DHHN92 heigt (EPSG:5555). When selecting the error message appears: "Selected vertical datum is unavailable. Please configure datum transformation."

I assume that the vertical datum should be available in the moment it is given as a choice. How can i fix the bug? I want to use that referenz without configuring the transformation on my own (don't know how  to do that).
Can anybody help?
Thank you

Dear all,

I am using Agisoft in version Photoscan 1.4.3.

I created many vector objects (Points and Polygons). Now i want so export them but allways get the Error: some shapes could not be converted to selected coordinate system. Same problem when i try it via console. The coordinate system of the Project and the planned export are the same (EPSG 4326).

What could be the reason?

Bug Reports / Issues importing camera references
« on: July 18, 2019, 03:32:02 PM »
Hi there,

I Need to Import camera references for large orthophotos (1.5GB p image). What happens when using the csv Import is that it doesn´t recognize the labels as image-names I think. It is always asking to create markers (if clicking "no" nothing else happens).

Does anyone know the issue and can help?

Thanks and best regards
Tobias
