General / Why do my .PLY files not appeare when i import them?

Hi all,

Im having trouble importing PLY files. I a create a chunk and then go to import my PLY files. There is no error message or anything appearing however no point cloud loads into the work space. What could be the problem?

General / Using the turntable method

Hi All,

I'm completely new to Photoscan. When using the turntable method do I need to somehow make photoscan aware that my camera is stationary, if so how do i do this?

Also what are the most common reasons for the turntable method not working? Currently i have no/poor point matching and sometimes it doesn't even align the cameras.
