General / Thermal orthomosaic calibration

I have thermal imagery from a radiometric Zenmuse XT. I am able to align the images in Metashape but I'm not sure how to calibrate the thermal values. While I understand that Metashape does not process R-JPEG, I can extract temperature data using FLIR tools and from a few ground-based sensors in each image. What would be the best way to calibrate the orthomosaic in Metashape? (Alternatively, would it be better to apply the calibration in ArcGIS Pro?)

General / Multispectral Imagery Upload

I'm uploading multispectral imagery from a MicaSense RedEdge into AgiSoft but I am not given the option to load as multispectral bands. There are five bands per capture as expected. I recently updated the firmware and imagery prior to the firmware update loads as expected but imagery capture after the update does not.  When I attempt to process the imagery as individual cameras, the orthomosaic created indicates two bands and appears solid blue when loaded into ArcMap. Any help with troubleshooting is appreciated!
