Face and Body Scanning / Face-scan, all if fine except the hair

Hi all
First thanks for a very good software, as far as I can see. I am in the last 7 days
for testing, but I am quite sure, I will buy this nice soft. 
I have troubles to create a proper face-modell. Yes, I have read a lot and have seen a lot videos, but I am not successful.
Means, the face and eares and eyes and so on are great.
But whatever I do, the back and the hair, there is always a hole.
Has anybody an idea, what I do wrong? Would be very nice, any ideas or tips are welcome.
That you see it better, I attach 3 files, I am sure, you see, what I mean.
