I have the beautiful DEM tif file that I made in agisoft and I have the xyz file with the elevation data from agisoft but I can't seem to figure out how to merge the two on arcmap. I want to be able to use the information cursor and have a legend that shows my elevation data.

Thank you!

General / read only mode
« on: December 17, 2018, 12:41:13 AM »
I am unable to export anything because as soon as I build a dense point cloud it becomes a read only file [R] (see attachment). There is a lock file in the folder that is only present when the workspace is open and active (thus, it will not let me delete the lock file while the file is open). As soon as I close the file, the lock file disappears. How can I get out of read only mode and export my files?

Thanks

General / DEM elevation data
« on: December 15, 2018, 12:55:22 AM »
Hi all, I produced a DEM in agisoft and imported it into ArcMap. It looks great! But I cannot seem to find any actual elevation data. Do i need to process it in Arc to get data? It doesn't have an attributes table so I can't calculate statistics. I don't know what to do and everything I am finding online is suggesting I use a tool that doesn't seem to exist in my version of Arc. I have ArcGIS v10.6.1.

thanks

General / Overlapping orthomosaics

Is there a way to tie together overlapping mosaics that have already been processed in agisoft to make a more complete orthomosaic?

Thanks

General / Coordinate Projection
« on: December 12, 2018, 02:56:47 AM »
I am having a brain fart. My current coordinate system is set to the default (WGS 84 (EPSG::4326)) but I want it to be on WGS 84 UTM Zone 16N. I do not see UTM zones as an option. How do I specify the UTM zone?

Thanks

Bug Reports / bad allocation
« on: December 11, 2018, 08:46:51 PM »
I have version 1.4.4, running on a 64bit OS with 16 GB RAM. Built a dense point cloud with 870 drone images at ultra high quality, mild depth filtering for 2 days and 7 hours. Processing time does not matter to me, I just want high quality DEMs. I got an error for "bad allocation" which I think means "not enough RAM." How do I fix this? A few things I am going to try are below. Which might be the problem?
- I am currently running off of a 4TB external hard drive. I am moving y files to the computer and will try running agisoft from those files
- I will reduce the number of images processed (maybe I will break it up into 300 image chunks)
- I read something about changing the settings for GPU vs CPU nodes. Is this something I should do? How do I do that?

Thanks
